Healing, waiting, expecting
Hello to all. I will be going back to my knee surgeon in one week on March 12th and I am anticipating him to release me. He will refer me to a nerve specialist for my drop foot. I really do expect to have one more surgery on my foot so I won't have to wear the brace to walk anymore. We will see. The physical therapist is still coming to my house and I expect that I will be having to have someone take me to rehab. I have been doing my exercises faithfully. These pretty days it sure is hard to stay indoors. David took me and the dogs on a picnic to Arcadia Lake here in Edmond and it was beautiful spending time outdoors. Thanks for all the prayers and phone calls. I love to hear from everyone. Please call and come see me.

Well, dog-gone it. Sorry to hear that they are going to have to work on your knee again. But, as usual your attitude is spectacular! And I am sure that it will be a success! After all a good positive attitude is the key to every thing in life, as your already know.
Erika and I enjoyed your company, as always, the other night. We are going to try to do it again real soon. Well, hang in there Jill and know that we love you very, very, much.

Jill, So delighted you continue to progress so well, and know the trip to the lake was great for both of you. We think of you so often and look forward to your updates. Your dad has kept us posted, but always like to read your comments. Your support group is wonderful. Hi to David and Angie, and keep up the good work.
